Niloufer Siddiqui is studying comparative politics and international relations as a PhD student in Political Science at Yale University, Her dissertation examines the variation in the use of violence by political parties in Pakistan. Her other research interests include political behavior, the politics of religion and ethnicity, drone warfare, and electoral dynamics in developing or transitioning democracies. She previously worked at the International Crisis Group (ICG) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Islamabad and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in New York. Niloufer has an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in English from Haverford College.
